Does the fee come out of every trade?

oOpusfund

Yes. Every executed trade carries its fee: 0.5% if the order made liquidity, 1% if it took it, itemized in your cycle report. What costs nothing is everything else, research, passes, reports, withdrawals. And your CEO counts the fee before the bet, never discovers it after.

What counts as a trade

Any order that executes: opening a position, closing one, on prediction markets or perps alike. Each pays its maker or taker fee at the moment it fills, which means a round trip (buy, then sell) pays twice, once per leg. That's standard everywhere; the difference here is you'll see both legs itemized.

What never costs a fee

  • Markets your CEO researched and passed on Most of its work, free by nature.
  • Reports, memos, and every conversation with your CEO.
  • Deposits and withdrawals Moving your own money carries no Opusfund fee.

Fees live inside the math, not after it

Because every trade costs something, “is there an edge?” really means “is there an edge after fees?” Your CEO does that subtraction before placing anything A gap that can't survive its own costs isn't a bet, it's a donation, and the fund doesn't make donations.

Costs counted first. Edges that survive them.
